Wikileaks Emails -- a Window into Progressive Views on Religion

The extent of anti-religious bigotry and progressive social engineering efforts into churches by key staff of the Clinton campaign has been revealed in recent Wikileaks emails. Beyond our health care, our education, our speech, our business regulation, our diets…. now they are plotting to subvert, infiltrate and foment revolution in our religions, to remake them in their image, instead of the image of God. They seem to fancy themselves modern-day Constantines.
They fundamentally misunderstand and/or resent the concept of a higher authority than themselves – revealed religion -- thinking churches are just another social institution to be democratized and manipulated, just like everything else. Most churches and religions do try to keep faith with a higher law and authority. (Isaiah 55:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”)
Of course these leaks are consistent with Obama’s back room belittling of those who “cling to their guns and religion” as some sort of crutch, rather than a valid and respectable manifestation of faith in a higher Being and purpose, and noble pursuit. They reveal what these people really think of people of faith – what they say behind our backs.
This elitist, pagan, progressive trash needs to feel the full wrath and rejection of the religious community – all faiths need to stand together and show that they cannot be marginalized, manipulated or dismissed in back room conspiracies without severe political consequences. An attack on one is an attack on all. They must not be allowed to come to power, where they will wield it.  No doubt they would continue the erosion of our religious liberties. We should despise their secular evangelism every bit as much as they despise us.
Hillary surrounds herself with these people. “Birds of a feather flock together.” People of faith need to register their opposition by utterly rejecting Hillary and her team at the ballot box.
Here are some excerpts dated 2/2012 and 4/2011:
[John Podesta, Chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Podesta previously served as Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama.] “We created Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good to organize for a moment like this. But I think it lacks the leadership to do so now. Likewise Catholics United. Like most Spring movements, I think this one will have to be bottom up. . . .”
[Sandy Newman, President, Voices for Progress] “There needs to be a Catholic Spring, in > which Catholics themselves demand the end of a middle ages dictatorship and > the beginning of a little democracy ... in the > Catholic church.”
In the latest batch of emails released by Wikileaks, Hillary Clinton's current director of communications, Jennifer Palmieri, mocks Catholics and evangelicals in an email exchange with John Halpin of the Center for American Progress. (4/2011)
HALPIN: “Many of the most powerful elements of the conservative movement are all Catholic (many converts) from the SC [Supreme Court] and think tanks to the media and social groups.
It's an amazing bastardization of the faith. They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backwards gender relations and must be totally unaware of Christian democracy."
PALMIERI: “I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion. Their rich friends wouldn't understand if they became evangelicals.”
